Shawnda Joy of Joy Vibe Yoga & Wellness was inspired to teach yoga through her sons ABA therapy in 2016. Since then, she has become a masterful yoga teacher with Drishti Beats Yoga specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Youth & Special Needs, Breathwork, as well as Guided Sound Bath Meditation. She has a passion for teaching outdoors to allow her students to reconnect with nature and she is honored to be embraced by the Gardens of Hope community. Her mission is to create experiences that will inspire the community to find the Freedom of Peace and Inner-Most Joy through Breath, Yoga, Arts, Music, and Sound Healing in the serene nature oasis of The Gardens of Hope.
